The staff of the Graduate Center includes two full-time directors and a cadre of student coordinators working together to offer programming, resources and one-on-one assistance to graduate students. Email: gradcenter@merrimack.edu
The Graduate Center is located in McQuade Library, Suite 208.
The Center is staffed Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
You also have access to the Center with a Mack Card swipe whenever McQuade Library is open.

The Graduate Center is committed to the intellectual growth of students through individual meetings and connecting with program faculty and staff to provide support and resources. We aim to build an environment that fosters and enables self-knowledge which will in turn support persistence. As students navigate intellectual growth through academics, the Center will also provide opportunities for professional development designed to enhance the students’ preparedness for personal and professional success.
In its partnerships with faculty and staff and activities with students, the Graduate Center will build awareness of ourselves as individuals and as a part of larger communities. We will center on issues of diversity, equity and inclusion in graduate studies and the College at large. At the core of this effort will be opportunities for students to develop their own self-awareness, academically, professionally and personally. Based on our Augustinian values, the Grad Center will foster in students their relationships with the community, local and global, personally and professionally.
Through social events and collaborations with faculty and staff, the Graduate Center aims to engage students to build a sense of community and belonging which ultimately creates a graduate culture on campus. In alignment with the Augustinian values of Merrimack College, the Center also plans to engage graduate students to participate in volunteer opportunities and ways to give back to the community. Throughout students’ time, the Center will create pathways to connect and engage with alumni and to give back as an alumnus.
In order to support students thriving, and to advance students in becoming successful professionals in their field, the Grad Center will incorporate wellness into programming. The Grad Center will connect graduate students with Merrimack and community resources to flourish mentally, physically and emotionally.
